Privacy Policy
This draft describes the current website code, reviewed November 1, 2026. Qualified legal review has not been completed for this draft. It is not a finalized policy or an effective-date notice. This informational website is public; products and checkout are not available. Business practices outside the code still need confirmation.
Contact by email
The Contact page uses an email link to team@sayitwithboundaries.com. It opens your email application; the website does not submit a contact form or save your message. If you choose to send an email, you provide your email address, message, and any name or attachments you include through your email service. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
The code does not establish how the business handles received emails. The owner must confirm the inbox is monitored, who can access correspondence, how it is used, and how long it is kept.
Website and service requests
The site is built with Next.js and uses a Convex client configured for its backend. Its draft pages reference externally hosted logos and images. Fonts are bundled with the website at build time. The informational pages are publicly accessible.
Website and asset delivery involve requests to service providers. Their logging, handling of technical request information, purposes, retention, and processing locations are not established by this code. The owner and lawyer should confirm these details with the hosting, backend, asset, and email providers.
Forms, accounts, cookies, and analytics
The reviewed website has no contact submission form, account registration, customer sign-in or log-out, purchase flow, newsletter signup, or automated unsubscribe feature. It has no custom account or personal-data request endpoint.
The reviewed application code does not add analytics or advertising trackers, set cookies, or write browser local storage. This does not establish what the infrastructure or email providers do. Confirm their cookie and tracking practices, and any consent requirements, before making a final policy statement.
Owner and lawyer confirmation required
- Confirm the responsible business identity, location, privacy contact, and applicable jurisdictions.
- Confirm all actual information collected, purposes and any required legal bases, recipients, provider roles, international transfers, and whether any information is sold or shared for advertising.
- Confirm retention and deletion practices, security measures, handling of sensitive information, and any practices involving children.
- Confirm applicable privacy rights, identity verification and request procedures, response periods, and any marketing consent or unsubscribe process. No automated request or unsubscribe process is implemented here.
- Review any future forms, accounts, sales, newsletter tools, cookies, or analytics before enabling them; update this draft and add any required notices at that time.
For privacy questions, the Contact page provides the draft email contact. The owner must confirm a working privacy-request process before this policy is finalized; this link does not automatically delete data or unsubscribe anyone.
